8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this website are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For business users, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Klagenfurt, Austria. Statutory venues for consumers remain unaffected.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its economic purpose.
