2. General

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR, the Austrian Data Protection Act (Datenschutzgesetz, DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (Telekommunikationsgesetz, TKG 2021). Personal data is only collected, used and stored to the extent described in this policy.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL) in server log files.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website)
  • Retention period: 30 days

4. Contacting us (e-mail, contact form)

If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, message content) exclusively to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries)
  • Retention: until the enquiry has been fully resolved; business correspondence may be subject to statutory retention periods of 7 years (§ 212 UGB, § 132 BAO)

5. Cookies

This website currently uses only technically necessary cookies that are required for its operation (§ 165(3) TKG 2021). No tracking, analytics or marketing cookies are set.

6. Web analytics and third-party services

We currently do not use any web analytics tools or embedded third-party content that transfers personal data to third parties.

7. Recipients and processors

Personal data is disclosed to service providers (processors, Auftragsverarbeiter) only where necessary — in particular our hosting provider Hetnzer Online GmbH. All processors are bound by data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

8. Transfers to third countries

A transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA does not take place and is not planned. Should this change, transfers will only be carried out in accordance with Chapter V GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

9. Storage duration

We store personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations (in particular 7 years under § 212 UGB and § 132 BAO for business-relevant records).

10. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal

12. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures pursuant to Art. 32 GDPR to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This website is transmitted via TLS encryption.

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our processing or in legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
